The Maryland Titans is a nonprofit organization founded on being an encouraging influence for our youth. The Maryland Titans exist to be a postive beacon within the youth cheer and football culture, giving all youth the opportunity for a postive, character-building experience no matter their race, greed, religion or gender. The Titans are committed to inspiring our youth through positive role modeling and supportive mentorship. We resolve to uphold our embedded beliefs that this is "their time" and to give every effort to assisting our kids on and off the field.

Our fundamental principals are :
Belonging: To be accepted rather than alienated.
Mastery: To be good at something positive. Independance: To control one's destiny. Generosity: To give to back to others.

Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. The ability to direct individual accomplishments toward organizational objectives. It is the fuel that allows common people to attain uncommon results.
